Are you a collegiate archer eager to participate in the biggest event of the year? Here’s everything you need to know about competing for scholarships and prizes at the 2025 Vegas Shoot!
Registration Details
Division: Choose a standard division on The Vegas Shoot registration.
Collegiate Scholarships & Team Competition Add-On: Select this option for an additional $25 during registration (a discount from the $50 fee in 2024) to compete for increased scholarship amounts!
Collegiate Divisions: You will be placed in the corresponding collegiate division (Compound, Bowhunter, Recurve, or Recurve Barebow) based on your tournament registration.
Collegiate Divisions
Divisions Available: Compound, Bowhunter, Recurve, Recurve Barebow.
Compete in Multiple Divisions: You will be placed in the corresponding collegiate division (Compound, Bowhunter, Recurve, or Recurve Barebow) based on your tournament registration. Your scores from the regular division will also count towards your collegiate division, giving you more chances to win!
Important Membership Requirement!
To participate in the collegiate competition, you must have a valid NFAA Collegiate Membership or an NFAA Collegiate Add-On Membership (required for NFAA Life or Professional members).
NFAA Collegiate Membership
Eligibility: Full-time collegiate archers meeting all criteria can apply.
Cost: $35/year
Benefits: Tournament eligibility, a subscription to Archery magazine, special insurance rates, and access to scholarships and NFAA awards.
Application: Prepare to upload proof of your GPA and enrollment (latest transcript, tuition receipt, and/or letter from the school registrar). Need assistance? Scholarships Available
Podium finishers in all collegiate divisions will receive increased scholarships in 2025!
Individual: 1st Place: $750, 2nd Place: $500, 3rd Place: $300
Team: $750, 2nd Place: $500, 3rd Place: $300
Team Competition
Entry: If your college/university has at least one male or female archer in each division (Compound, Bowhunter, Recurve, Recurve Barebow), your team will be automatically entered.
Composition & Ranking: The highest male or female scores from Friday and Saturday in each collegiate shooting style will be used to rank teams, with scholarships awarded accordingly.
