2025 Vendor Rates

Each 10'x10' vendor and sponsor booth includes 2 daily tickets to the exclusive Vendor Lounge, where catering and drinks will be provided. Additional passes and non-profit booth passes will be available for purchase separately.

​Payment & Cancellation Policy

​

  1. Booth locations can be reserved after at least 50% of the amount due is collected. All balances must be paid in full by January 31, 2025. All booth location reservations may be forfeited if payment is not received in full by January 31, 2025. 

  2. You will be contacted by show management when it is your turn to select a booth location.

  3. A late fee of 10% will be charged on balances remaining after January 31, 2025.

  4. Cancellations received by February 3, 2025 will receive a full refund minus any processing fees, if applicable. Booths cancelled after February 3, 2025 will be refunded 50% of the original cost. Cancellations must be received in writing by the organizer by February 3, 2025. Multi-show discounts will be forfeited.

  5. Booths will be refunded 100% of the original cost if the event is canceled. Multi-show discounts will be forfeited.
